The California Healthy Youth Act, Assembly Bill 329, took effect in January 2016, and requires school districts to provide students with integrated, comprehensive, accurate, and unbiased comprehensive sexual health and HIV/AIDS Prevention education at least once in middle school and once in high school.  In addition to the current board approved health curriculum, supplemental materials will be used to address the new components outlined in the California Healthy Youth Act.   Supplemental materials being used in this course are available for review at the Textbook Depository located at 1327 N. Norma.  If you have any questions or need information regarding these materials please call the Textbook Technician, Diane Pipkin, at 760-499-1728.
